By accessing or using Beesine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

2. Subscription and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your LinkedIn access tokens. You agree not to use Beesine for any spam or abusive activities that violate LinkedIn's User Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The Beesine platform, branding, and features are owned by us. Content generated by you remains your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Beesine is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any actions taken by LinkedIn regarding your account.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our company registration.
